About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll keep the creative and production engines of MrBeast running at full speed. You’ll solve problems before anyone else sees them, managing devices, systems, and networks across one of the most ambitious media ecosystems in the world.

This is a hybrid hands-on + strategic role — part engineer, part operator — ensuring that every edit bay, laptop, and live shoot runs seamlessly.

What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite and remote IT support across macOS and Windows environments.

• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for staff.

• Troubleshoot core apps and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Adobe, Monday.com etc.).

• Maintain conference room tech, digital signage, and production collaboration tools.

• Support network deployments across campus and remote production locations (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Starlink).

• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and procurement workflows.

• Assist with Wi-Fi and network maintenance (DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs).

• Contribute to MDM and security operations (FleetDM, Jamf, Intune, Kandji).

• Create documentation and training resources for smooth team onboarding.

• Partner with the IT Manager to optimize infrastructure and security best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• 4 + years of IT support experience in fast-paced environments.

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical solutions for creative teams.

• Proficiency in macOS and Windows administration.

• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

• Understanding of IT security and access control standards.

• Familiarity with SaaS management, automation, and asset tracking systems.

• Certifications (CompTIA A+, ACMT, M365, CCNA, or similar) preferred.

• Experience in media production or content creation environments is a plus.
