About Workweek
Workweek is reimagining how business leaders create, connect, and collaborate.
We’re tackling what we call the knowledge expert paradox — as leaders gain experience, their insights become harder to access.
Our solution: Operator Networks, professional communities where verified business leaders share expertise through real conversations, useful content, and engaging events — not endless scrolling.
We make money through our Partner Platform, a smarter B2B ad network that helps marketers invest and attribute effectively. Think Facebook Business Manager, but for real B2B relationships.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Associate Brand Partner (Junior ABP) to join our growing media sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious, curious, and driven individuals eager to learn the ropes of B2B media sales.
You don’t need prior sales experience — just strong communication skills, curiosity, and the motivation to grow. You’ll learn how to prospect, pitch, and close deals, while helping brands connect with Workweek’s influential creator network.
You’ll support experienced sales professionals, research advertisers, draft outreach campaigns, and learn how great brand partnerships are built. For the right person, this role is a launchpad — a fast track to becoming a full Associate Brand Partner with your own clients and revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
Manage smaller ad opportunities and help close remnant deals to support revenue targets.
Research new advertisers that align with Workweek’s media products and audiences.
Write compelling cold outreach messages and follow up with potential clients.
Join sales calls to learn, take notes, and contribute ideas.
Learn to use tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track outreach and performance.
Collaborate with the sales and content teams to ideate creative sponsor campaigns.
Develop deep knowledge of Workweek’s creator brands and audience insights.
Who You Are
A recent grad or early-career professional looking to break into sales or media.
A natural communicator who writes clearly, speaks confidently, and connects easily.
Deeply curious and eager to learn — you ask smart questions and take feedback well.
Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Proactive and adaptable — you thrive in fast-moving startup environments.
Interested in B2B industries like tech, finance, and healthcare — and how they grow through content.
