About the Role

As a Junior Producer, you’ll turn wild creative ideas into real-world productions. This is a builder role — part creative, part logistical problem-solver — where you’ll help bring ambitious projects to life under pressure. You’ll plan for the unexpected, manage vendors, and help transform brand collaborations and challenges into content that reaches hundreds of millions.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior producers in executing large-scale productions and branded content.

• Research, source, and negotiate with vendors and partners to secure creative-friendly deals.

• Manage logistics, props, builds, and on-set coordination under shifting conditions.

• Anticipate changes in schedule, location, and materials — always with backup plans ready.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative vision aligns with production realities.

• Build strong relationships with vendors, creators, and partners to keep momentum high.

• Learn and apply best practices in production design, scheduling, and team coordination.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of production or creative project experience, preferably in digital or branded content.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills — strong on calls, confident in execution.

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple complex timelines.

• Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable when plans pivot.

• Familiarity with YouTube-style production or social content creation is a plus.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Greenville, NC.
