About the Role — Lead Brand Designer
We’re seeking a multidisciplinary Lead Brand Designer to bring the Ketone-IQ brand to life across retail, digital, and experiential channels. You’ll be the creative lead for major retail activations, guiding everything from packaging to in-store experiences to high-performance visual storytelling.
This is not a maintenance role—it’s a build-and-scale role for a designer who moves fast, thinks strategically, and obsesses over the details that separate good from world-class. You’ll work alongside a nimble, high-output creative team—our internal “SEAL Team” of design and content specialists—and help set the visual direction for one of the most ambitious wellness brands in the world.

What You’ll Do
• Lead concept generation and creative execution from ideation through final production for retail activations, packaging, and campaigns
• Create retail-ready visual systems that translate seamlessly across physical and digital touchpoints (POP, POS, web, and experiential)
• Direct and mentor junior designers, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all creative output
• Drive innovation in design workflows—using AI and emerging tools to accelerate iteration and efficiency
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and operations teams to align creative with business and product goals
• Lead photo editing, image enhancement, and visual storytelling for campaigns and product visuals
• Push leadership thinking forward through bold creative ideas that challenge convention and elevate brand perception

About You
• 6+ years of brand and design experience across retail, packaging, and digital
• Proven record of producing high-caliber work for CPG, performance, or lifestyle brands
• Portfolio that demonstrates mastery of brand language and retail system design
• Deep knowledge of POP/POS design, ideally for major retailers like Costco, Target, Walmart, or Whole Foods
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and AI tools
• Advanced skills in photo editing, composition, and production design
• Exceptional communication—able to clearly articulate design decisions to non-designers
• Startup-ready: autonomous, organized, and fluent in Slack, Notion, Zoom, and Drive
• Curiosity for performance culture and human optimization—you treat your craft like a sport
