The Role
As Manager of Account Management, you’ll lead campaign execution and client success for some of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll be the bridge between sales, operations, and creators — ensuring flawless delivery, smart optimization, and measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on detail, communication, and creative problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across industries (CPG, fashion, gaming, finance, auto, and more).
• Partner with sales to align campaign strategy and KPIs with client goals.
• Lead campaign operations — timelines, deliverables, paid media strategy, and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and elevate team-wide best practices.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and campaign execution.
• Manage billing reconciliation and financial accuracy for accounts.
What You’ll Bring
• 5–7+ years in digital marketing, media, or influencer management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms and influencer trends.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, budgets, and timelines.
• A passion for social media, culture, and emerging creator platforms.
• Bonus: Experience in an agency or marketing-tech startup.
