About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Analytics Manager to elevate our eCommerce and marketing performance through deep insight into the customer journey, product engagement, and campaign impact.

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling — analyzing site behavior, traffic, and marketing performance to uncover what’s working, what’s not, and why. You’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide key decisions across marketing, merchandising, and product teams.

You’re not just an analyst — you’re a strategic thinker with an instinct for connecting dots across the full digital funnel.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce & Marketing Analytics

• Analyze and report on site performance, media impact, conversion, pricing, and promotional activity.

• Synthesize business variables to tell a complete story — what’s happening, why, and what to do next.

• Deliver weekly and ad-hoc performance reports to leadership, surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional insights meetings and present key takeaways to executive stakeholders.

• Build customer journey maps to identify friction points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities.

• Support data-driven decision-making across marketing and merchandising through ongoing analysis.

Tagging, Pixels & Technical Analytics

• Own tagging, pixel, and data collection strategies across all web and marketing channels.

• Manage GTM, GA4, and other analytics tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistent tracking.

• Debug, test, and validate data using tools like ObservePoint, Google Tag Assistant, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of analytics and marketing tags.

Optimization & Growth

• Develop data strategies that power personalization, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.

• Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign results and improve creative and targeting effectiveness.

• Stay ahead of emerging analytics trends, tools, and methodologies to continually improve data quality.

• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contract renewals for analytics tools and services.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in eCommerce or marketing analytics, with deep understanding of digital growth levers.

• Strong analytical background with mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Analytics.

• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.

• Proven ability to analyze site metrics, customer behavior, and product performance.

• Proficiency in data validation, debugging, and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Monetate).

• Familiarity with CDPs, SEO, paid media, or CRM analytics preferred.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; strong communication and presentation ability.

• Results-driven, proactive, and confident in managing high-visibility projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field preferred.

• Certifications in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $115,000–$125,000 + Bonus + Equity
