We’re building the simplest way to enjoy a great margarita: real tequila, zero fuss. SipMARGS is scaling fast across on- and off-premise, and we need a builder who can own a market like a P&L.

The Role

Own Central Florida end-to-end: distribution, depletions, display velocity, pricing integrity, and key account growth. You’ll turn fragmented wholesaler effort into a single, compounding flywheel.

What You’ll Do

• Hit the numbers: Deliver depletion, distribution, and velocity goals by channel (on/off premise).

• Own the system: Build and run the annual market plan—coverage model, display calendar, menu placements, promos, pricing guardrails.

• Manage the network: Lead distributor relationships (route rides, QBRs, forecast discipline) and open priority doors; prevent OOS with SKU-level inventory control.

• Win the shelf: Land schematics, cold box placements, endcaps, and feature displays; deploy POS with precision.

• Close accounts: Call on buyers, chains, and independents; negotiate programs that move cases, not just paper.

• Measure & iterate: Report weekly on depletions, distribution, display counts, and ROI; course-correct fast.

• Activate nights & weekends: Execute tastings and events that convert trial to repeat.

• Communicate up/down: Keep HQ, wholesalers, and key accounts aligned on goals, progress, and gaps.

Outcomes (90 Days)

• Priority universe mapped; top 100 targets identified with clear entry strategy.

• +X doors activated and +Y displays placed; no critical OOS on core SKUs.

• Clean forecast cadence with distributor; pricing and promo playbook locked.

• Repeatable weekly field rhythm (coverage, recaps, photos, next actions).

Requirements

• 4+ years beverage alcohol field experience (supplier or distributor).

• Proof of key account wins and wholesaler management.

• Strong planner/operator: territory design, inventory discipline, program execution.

• Negotiator with bias to action; comfortable owning a number.

• Excellent verbal communication and deck hygiene; manages budgets responsibly.

• Travel 25%+; evenings/weekends for activations as needed.

• Based in Central Florida.

• Chain sell-in experience (menus, schematics, resets).

• Data fluency (depletion pulls, pricing compliance, promo ROI).
