The Role

We’re hiring a Market Manager for South Florida to own the region’s commercial performance across on-premise and off-premise channels. You’ll build and manage distributor relationships, lead sales execution, and deliver on volume, distribution, and brand visibility goals.

This is a high-ownership role for a hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn strategy into shelf space.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Market: Manage all sales activity in South Florida — from bars and restaurants to key retail accounts.

• Drive Growth: Deliver on volume, distribution, and merchandising KPIs with a relentless focus on execution.

• Lead Wholesaler Relationships: Build trust, drive accountability, and activate distributor teams to prioritize SipMARGS.

• Maximize Visibility: Ensure flawless retail execution — displays, menus, POS, pricing, and promotional features.

• Strategic Planning: Create and execute quarterly business plans that align with national goals.

• Data & Reporting: Track depletions, forecast demand, and communicate performance with clarity.

• Activation: Manage in-market events, tastings, and brand activations — including nights and weekends.

Who You Are

• 4+ years in the beverage alcohol industry (supplier or distributor experience required).

• Strong key account management and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of on/off-premise dynamics in South Florida.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, organized, and hands-on.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Financially responsible and comfortable managing trade spend and budgets.

• Willing to travel (25%+) and work evening/weekend activations when needed.
