Served in iconic venues like Cipriani, LPM, and The Arts Club, the brand blends elegance, exclusivity, and European sophistication. As we scale globally, we’re seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead brand growth, storytelling, and partnerships that strengthen our position as a leading luxury rosé label.

The Role

As Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you’ll craft and execute brand strategy across digital, experiential, and partnership channels. You’ll shape the brand narrative, manage collaborations, and oversee all marketing initiatives that elevate Palais Constance’s visibility in the luxury wine and hospitality space.

This role is ideal for a creative marketer with commercial instinct — someone who thrives at the intersection of luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans that grow awareness and sales.

• Partnerships: Manage collaborations with luxury restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands.

• Content Creation: Oversee high-quality visuals, campaigns, and digital storytelling.

• PR & Events: Lead press outreach, manage media relations, and coordinate brand activations.

• Digital Marketing: Drive growth across SEO, PPC, email, and social media.

• Budget & Performance: Oversee marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing, partnerships, or brand management (wine, luxury, or hospitality experience preferred).

• Deep understanding of the premium wine or beverage market.

• Proven success in executing digital and experiential marketing campaigns.

• Strong creative and analytical mindset with an eye for brand aesthetics.

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Based in London, with availability to travel for events and partnerships.

• WSET or other wine certifications are a plus.
