About the Role — Marketing Video Editor

Betr is seeking a Marketing Video Editor to create high-impact, engaging video content across paid and organic social media platforms. You’ll craft compelling stories that blend culture, sports, and gaming—helping Betr connect authentically with millions of fans.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and media teams to conceptualize, edit, and produce videos that drive performance and elevate the Betr brand. The ideal candidate is a social-first storyteller with a deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

What You’ll Do

• Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (15–60s) optimized for paid and organic social campaigns

• Translate marketing objectives into scroll-stopping creative with strong pacing, hooks, and messaging

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative with campaign goals and brand identity

• Manage and organize digital assets and video libraries for efficiency

• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to create polished, high-performing assets

• Incorporate VFX, motion graphics, and animation to enhance visual impact

• Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions and stay ahead of social content trends

• Analyze creative performance metrics to refine content and drive higher engagement

About You

• 2+ years of experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing paid media and social content

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)

• Experience working with creators, talent, or influencers

• Deep understanding of social media culture and platform nuances

• Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects end-to-end

• Bonus: Copywriting experience and comfort adding on-screen text or messaging
