About the Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Paid Social Marketing — a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented marketer to lead NOBULL’s paid social strategy across platforms.

This role blends performance marketing, creative strategy, and brand storytelling, driving measurable growth while maintaining the authenticity and tone of the NOBULL brand. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize spend for ROAS and reach, and work closely with agency partners, creative teams, and senior leadership to elevate our presence across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Lead strategy, management, and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).

• Own the paid social budget, optimizing spend to achieve traffic, revenue, and ROAS targets while scaling brand reach.

• Develop integrated campaign plans for product launches, seasonal moments, and performance-driven initiatives.

• Manage and challenge the performance of NOBULL’s media agency partners, ensuring accountability and excellence.

• Provide consistent feedback loops between performance data and the creative team to improve ad quality and engagement.

Performance Optimization

• Continuously analyze campaign data, audience performance, and platform trends to refine strategy and improve efficiency.

• Identify emerging growth opportunities — particularly on TikTok Shop and other fast-evolving commerce channels.

• Build a test-and-learn framework for creative, placements, and audience segmentation.

• Present weekly and monthly reporting to senior leaders, highlighting key insights, learnings, and next steps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with organic social, creative, and product marketing teams to align content, messaging, and paid amplification.

• Collaborate on asset development and ensure all paid materials reflect NOBULL’s brand voice and visual identity.

• Stay ahead of social trends, platform innovations, and new ad formats — translating them into actionable opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing paid social campaigns at scale, with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads.

• Proven success in eCommerce growth marketing — ideally within the DTC or performance-driven consumer space.

• Experience managing agencies and holding partners accountable for measurable performance.

• Strong understanding of creative strategy as a lever for performance.

• Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Salary: $85,000–$100,000 + Bonus + Equity
