About Us

Acquisition.com is a portfolio of founder-led companies built by Alex & Leila Hormozi — entrepreneurs on a mission to make real business education accessible to everyone. In just 18 months, they’ve scaled to nine figures without outside capital, served over 3,500 clients, and set new records in publishing and business performance.

We exist to help founders build enduring companies through practical education, operational excellence, and principled leadership.

About the Role

As the Personal Assistant to the Founders, you’ll be the right hand to Alex and Leila Hormozi — ensuring their time, energy, and focus stay locked on what matters most: building and scaling world-class businesses.

You’ll manage both personal and professional priorities, coordinate complex logistics, and anticipate needs before they arise. This is a high-trust, high-performance role that requires discretion, precision, and calm execution in a fast-moving environment.

This isn’t a typical assistant job — it’s a mission-critical role for someone who thrives on organization, ownership, and the pursuit of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Manage personal and professional calendars, ensuring flawless scheduling and time protection for strategic priorities.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel — flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.

• Handle personal errands, reservations, and gifting with the same professionalism as corporate logistics.

• Track expenses, reimbursements, and receipts across both personal and business accounts.

• Partner with the Executive Support team on events, off-sites, and household operations.

• Anticipate needs before they arise and build systems that make the founders’ lives run seamlessly.

• Communicate with warmth, clarity, and absolute discretion across all internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain structure in an environment of constant motion, keeping founders focused on what drives the business forward.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years supporting high-performing executives or UHNW individuals in fast-paced environments.

• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel logistics, and competing priorities with precision.

• Exceptional communication, judgment, and discretion — trustworthy with the most sensitive information.

• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack; comfortable using digital task management tools.

• Anticipatory mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you see it, solve it, and move it forward.

• Resilient under pressure, calm in chaos, and obsessive about details.

• Willingness to work flexibly, including non-standard hours when required.

Values Alignment (Non-Negotiable)

• Sincere Candor: Speak the truth with clarity, humility, and courage.

• Unimpeachable Character: Integrity at every level — your word equals your work.

• Competitive Greatness: Thrive when your best is needed most.

Why This Role Matters

You are the backbone behind two of the most disciplined operators in business. Your efficiency, foresight, and excellence directly translate to impact across an organization that educates and empowers millions.

• Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually

• Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision
