Position Overview
The Planner, Franchise Stores will develop and execute assortment, inventory, and financial plans that drive SKIMS’ global franchise business. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Merchandising, Production, Finance, and international Franchise Partners—to optimize sales, margin, and inventory efficiency.
This is an analytical and strategic role for someone passionate about global retail, franchise operations, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Planning & Analysis
• Develop and maintain seasonal open-to-buy (OTB) and inventory plans for franchise stores across global markets.
• Create accurate sales, margin, and inventory forecasts, adjusting as needed to align with business goals.
• Partner with Merchandising to ensure assortments are localized while maintaining SKIMS’ global brand identity.
• Monitor and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales, identifying risks, opportunities, and key trends.
• Analyze sell-through rates, size performance, and regional insights to refine future assortment strategies.
• Manage pricing, markdowns, and promotional strategies tailored to each regional market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Franchise Partners to forecast sales, replenish inventory, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Production to align deliveries with demand and launch timelines.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and Franchise Partners to inform strategy.
• Prepare business reviews, reporting decks, and performance recaps for senior leadership.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in planning, allocation, or inventory management (international or franchise experience preferred).
• Proven analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).
• Deep understanding of OTB, forecasting, and inventory optimization in retail or fashion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Passionate about retail strategy, global markets, and the SKIMS mission.

$90,000 – $110,000 / year
(Dependent on experience and qualifications.)
