Role Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, efficient, and detail-oriented Post-Production Audio Mixer to join our unscripted reality content team. The role thrives in a fast-turnaround environment, delivering high-quality audio mixes for digital-first content (with occasional TV work).

What You’ll Do

• Mix and deliver broadcast-quality audio for unscripted reality content on YouTube. 

• Operate expert-level in Avid Pro Tools, managing workflows between Premiere Pro and Pro Tools. 

• Clean, edit, and blend production audio, ADR, and VO into cohesive mixes. 

• Participate in remote spotting sessions (e.g., Evercast). 

• Ensure all mixes meet LUFS loudness standards and platform-specific specs. 

• Prepare organized Pro Tools sessions for localization and archiving. 

• Respond to QC notes and apply revisions or patches as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of post-production audio experience, especially in unscripted or reality content. 

• Proficiency in Avid Pro Tools, and experience with Adobe Premiere Pro. 

• Strong ability working under tight deadlines without compromising quality. 

• Understanding of ADR workflows, dialogue editing, sound blending, multi-track delivery. 

• Familiarity with LUFS standards, remote review platforms (e.g., Evercast). 

• Interest or experience in YouTube and digital-first storytelling is a plus.
