About the Role

We’re searching for a highly creative and technically skilled VFX Artist to join our YouTube content team. This role focuses on crafting engaging 2D visual effects and motion graphics that elevate storytelling, enhance pacing, and bring dynamic visuals to life across high-energy videos. 

If you can blend design, animation, and compositing into seamless visual moments that make viewers ask “how did they do that?”, this is your role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and animate 2D visual effects and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and pacing. 

• Composite layered effects into live-action footage using Adobe After Effects and similar tools. 

• Collaborate with editors and creative leads to integrate graphics that support retention and viewer engagement. 

• Create on-brand visuals fitting the unique tone of MrBeast content. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize project files for efficient rendering and edit hand-offs. 

• Keep up with emerging design and animation trends to continuously raise the creative bar. 

• Deliver high-quality visuals under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (motion design, rotoscoping, compositing). 

• Strong design instincts with a portfolio demonstrating storytelling via motion graphics. 

• Excellent understanding of timing, typography, color theory applicable to video content. 

• Experience working with high-volume digital content and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Collaborative mindset—thrives working alongside editors, producers, and creative leads. 

• Passion for visual experimentation and identifying efficient workflows. 

• Bonus: Television experience.
