The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft thoughtful, high-impact experiences that delight users and drive adoption. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and the broader design community to elevate how people build and express ideas on the web.

This role is perfect for someone who blends strong visual instincts with data-driven thinking, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end experiences — from user flows and wireframes to polished mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct user research to identify pain points, opportunities, and behavioral insights.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality implementation.

• Measure, analyze, and iterate on design performance to improve user activation and satisfaction.

• Engage with users directly, gathering feedback to refine and evolve Framer’s UX.

• Partner with product managers to align your work with the product roadmap and growth strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in product design, ideally within web or creative tool environments.

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Webflow, Miro, or Notion.

• A data-informed design mindset — you use metrics to guide and validate decisions.

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

• A genuine passion for crafting delightful user experiences and solving complex problems simply.
