The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing, cross-functional squad. You’ll combine strategic leadership with technical depth—architecting new features, shipping reliable releases, and elevating engineering excellence.

This is a role for a pragmatic builder and coach: someone who sets clear outcomes, drives delivery, and cultivates a culture of quality, reliability, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and prototype new features, contributing to the codebase when needed.

• Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver impactful, user-centric software on schedule.

• Define measurable outcomes and prioritize effectively across competing projects.

• Drive engineering standards and operational best practices across the stack.

• Coach and mentor engineers through structured feedback and growth plans.

• Partner with Product and Design to align roadmaps, make tradeoffs, and measure impact.

• Strengthen reliability through effective on-call, monitoring, and incident response systems.

Who You Are

• Proven leader with experience managing technical teams in product-led environments.

• Expert in modern software development and system architecture with a bias for shipping.

• Strong partner to Product and Design with excellent cross-functional communication.

• Strategic yet detail-oriented — balancing big-picture thinking with execution rigor.

• Experienced in reliability, incident response, and on-call operations.

• Curious, AI-forward mindset — using AI to accelerate team velocity and innovation.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with our stack: TypeScript, React, GraphQL, AWS, PHP.

• Experience in experimentation, analytics, or growth engineering.
