About the Role — Product Manager, Ingredient Platforms

We’re hiring a Product Manager, Ingredient Platforms to own and scale Ketone-IQ’s emerging ingredient technologies. This role sits at the intersection of science, supply, and strategy, leading global supply partnerships, regulatory readiness, and commercialization of next-generation metabolic ingredients.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll architect the systems that take innovations from lab to large-scale manufacturing, partnering cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Business Development.

This role demands technical fluency, strategic clarity, and an operator’s discipline. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in complexity—biotech, regulatory, and commercialization—and knows how to turn ambiguity into scalable systems.

What You’ll Do

Supplier & Technology Partnerships

• Identify, manage, and scale strategic global supplier and technology partnerships

• Co-develop compliant, scalable ingredient solutions aligned with Ketone-IQ’s growth roadmap

• Lead partner diligence, negotiation, and technical collaboration across multiple time zones

Regulatory & Quality Acceleration

• Partner with Regulatory and Quality to drive global filings (GRAS, EFSA, Novel Food, etc.)

• Bridge internal science teams and external regulators to accelerate approvals and readiness

• Ensure documentation integrity and alignment across regulatory markets

Operational Execution & Scale-Up

• Lead ingredient scale-up from lab to pilot to GMP-ready manufacturing

• Qualify partner engineering stacks and manage custom upgrades or co-developments

• Translate R&D breakthroughs into commercial-grade production through rigorous planning

Cross-Functional Product Leadership

• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align execution with GTM strategy

• Optimize costs, pricing, and positioning for internal and external ingredient platforms

• Balance innovation timelines with commercial viability and operational throughput

Strategy & Market Expansion

• Define and execute the roadmap for ingredient commercialization and portfolio growth

• Conduct market research to identify white-space opportunities and next-gen ingredient directions

• Develop defensible IP and platform strategies that extend Ketone-IQ’s scientific moat

Risk, IP & Compliance Management

• Build redundancy into supplier and GTM systems for resilience and continuity

• Collaborate with Legal on IP protection, licensing, and technology transfer frameworks

• Maintain audit readiness and global compliance across regulated markets

About You

• 7–10 years in product, supplier, or engineering program management within biotech, specialty chemicals, or functional ingredients

• Deep technical fluency in bioprocessing, purification, and scale-up operations

• Strong working knowledge of FDA, GRAS, Novel Food, EFSA, and NDI frameworks

• Proven track record of building supplier and technology partnerships from diligence through commercialization

• Experience with IP development, licensing, or proprietary process management

• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills

• Highly autonomous, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in high-stakes, high-ambiguity environments
