We’re seeking a Product Manager, Planning Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our enterprise planning technology ecosystem. This is a pivotal role driving automation, integration, and optimization across global planning and allocation operations.

Position Overview
As the Product Manager, Planning Systems, you will lead the evolution of SKIMS’ Planning and Allocation platforms — with a focus on Oracle Planning implementation and optimization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Data teams to deliver seamless, scalable systems that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, managing system integrations, process improvements, and long-term platform health to ensure SKIMS’ planning operations remain world-class.

Key Responsibilities
System Ownership & Strategy
• Serve as Primary System Owner for all Planning and Allocation platforms, ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations.
• Develop and manage the Planning Systems roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
• Lead Oracle Planning platform implementation and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive SOP documentation for planning and allocation workflows.
Integration & Technical Leadership
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Planning, ERP (NetSuite), and Data Lake (Snowflake) systems.
• Manage batch integrations and data mapping projects to maintain accuracy and automation.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and vendors to enhance system stability and performance.
• Build and maintain data workflows, automations, and analytics within Planning applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Analytics teams to align on process requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate system updates, risks, and timelines to key business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and system integrators for support, upgrades, and feature delivery.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage functional testing for new system releases.
Process Optimization & Governance
• Conduct post-mortems on system incidents, identify root causes, and develop long-term process improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
• Develop scalable tools and dashboards for forecasting, MFP, assortment planning, and inventory allocation.
• Continuously assess opportunities to optimize workflows, user experience, and cross-system data flow.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Analyst, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Planning or similar enterprise planning tools.
• Strong understanding of retail planning, allocation, and demand forecasting processes.
• Experience managing data integrations between ERP, Data Lakes, and Planning platforms.
• Working knowledge of IPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.

$165,000 – $180,000 / year
