We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead the coordination, organization, and execution of SKIMS’ customer-facing technology initiatives—including mobile, retail, and digital systems. This role will serve as the central program lead within the Technology department, ensuring alignment, progress, and delivery across teams and projects.

Position Overview

The Project Manager, Technology will play a critical role in managing cross-functional programs that power SKIMS’ digital and retail ecosystem. You’ll partner with Engineering, IT, Data, and Operations to drive efficiency, communication, and strategic alignment—ensuring SKIMS continues to innovate across every customer touchpoint.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented project leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, retail, and brand innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

• Oversee and track the portfolio of projects across the Technology organization, including IT, Engineering, Data Security, Retail Tech, and Internal Tools.

• Support project prioritization and execution to ensure alignment with strategic company goals.

Meeting Management & Documentation

• Build and manage agendas for Technology leadership meetings, capture detailed notes, and track follow-ups.

• Ensure all action items and decisions are documented and executed.

Roadmap & Reporting

• Develop and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and timelines, highlighting dependencies and risks.

• Create executive-level presentations summarizing progress, milestones, and priorities for leadership and board meetings.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Identify and address cross-functional dependencies with teams in Operations, Finance, Accounting, Planning, and Retail.

• Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring transparency and coordination.

Execution & Delivery Support

• Monitor program deliverables and ensure key milestones are met on schedule.

• Identify resource gaps, process inefficiencies, and blockers, and proactively drive solutions.

• Partner with the CTO to establish a strong operational rhythm across all Tech functions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a high-growth consumer, retail, or fashion brand.

• Proven success managing complex technology projects across multiple functions (IT, ERP, Web, Mobile, Data).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com).

• High organizational discipline, ability to multitask, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries.

• Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, Celigo, Teamwork Commerce).

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid implementation.

Compensation

$115,000 – $130,000 / year

(Dependent on experience and qualifications.)
