About the Role

As SDR Manager, you’ll own and scale the outbound engine that drives all revenue for Acquisition.com’s rapidly growing Advisory Practice. This isn’t just sales leadership — it’s about developing people, building systems, and leading a team that transforms warm interest into meaningful growth conversations. You’ll coach SDRs daily, refine the playbook, and help shape the next generation of elite sales talent inside one of the fastest-scaling business education companies in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach a team of 8–10 SDRs through daily huddles, 1:1s, and feedback sessions.

• Develop systems for lead management, pipeline efficiency, and CRM accuracy.

• Build and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Analyze sales data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and forecast results.

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership on strategy, training, and process optimization.

• Oversee SDR hiring, onboarding, and performance development.

• Maintain 80% show rates and 30% close rates across booked calls.

• Implement automation and AI tools to streamline sales workflows and communication cycles.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in team management.

• Track record of exceeding metrics in short-cycle or transactional sales environments.

• Deep understanding of outbound strategy, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.

• Strong coaching and communication skills — you know how to turn SDRs into closers.

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and performance analysis.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base: $93,000–$140,000 USD

• OTE: $180,000–$220,000 USD (Base + Commission)

• Relocation: $10K–$15K support + 3 months housing (if relocating to Las Vegas HQ)
