About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first line of growth at Acquisition.com — responsible for turning conversations into opportunities. You’ll connect directly with founders, qualify leads, and book meetings that drive real business impact.

This isn’t cold calling on autopilot — it’s strategic relationship-building with sharp founders who value results. You’ll receive elite sales training from some of the best operators in the world and work alongside a team obsessed with mastery.

What You’ll Do

• Build, qualify, and manage your own pipeline of leads in the CRM.

• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms to set high-quality meetings.

• Research prospects (company sites, social media, etc.) to personalize outreach.

• Collaborate with the SDR manager to refine strategies and clear blockers.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert warm interest into booked calls.

• Maintain clear documentation of all client interactions and results.

• Hit or exceed daily call and monthly meeting targets.

• Continuously improve through weekly feedback and internal ACQ training sessions.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ months of SDR or BDR experience (required).

• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence — confident, concise, and personable.

• Strong organization and CRM management skills.

• Routine-driven mindset and self-discipline to manage your own pipeline.

• Resilience, persistence, and passion for growth.

• Located in one of the 15 approved U.S. states (AL, AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT).

Compensation & Benefits

• 💰 Base Salary: $65,000

• 💼 OTE: $75,000–$85,000 (Uncapped Commission)

• 🕘 Schedule: 6 days/week, 9–7 EST or 8–6 PST
