About Palais Constance
Palais Constance is a fast-growing premium rosé wine brand founded by The Gstaad Guy. Our wines are poured in the world’s most prestigious venues — from Cipriani and LPM to The Arts Club — and we’re expanding rapidly across Europe and beyond. We’re now looking for a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen our trade relationships, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence as we scale globally.
The Role
As Sales Operations Manager, you’ll manage our trade network of luxury restaurants, hotels, and retailers, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery. You’ll blend relationship management with data-driven strategy — growing sales, refining operations, and maintaining the exceptional standards that define Palais Constance.
This is a role for a detail-oriented commercial leader who thrives in the intersection of sales, logistics, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Trade Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key partners across premium and luxury venues.
• Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution and meet revenue goals.
• Order & Logistics: Oversee end-to-end sales operations — from order processing and delivery to inventory management.
• Market Insights: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the hospitality sector.
• Events & Activations: Support tastings, events, and partnerships that elevate brand presence and engagement.
• Process Improvement: Streamline workflows and implement systems to support rapid expansion.
Requirements
• 3+ years’ experience in sales or account management, ideally in wine, beverages, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong network of trade contacts across UK and European hospitality markets.
• Deep understanding of premium wine sales cycles and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy and team spirit.
• Based in London and open to travel for client visits and events.
• WSET certification or similar is a plus.
