About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our high-performance sales team and help founders level up their businesses through our $5,000 Scaling Workshops. You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads — building relationships, understanding needs, and closing deals with precision and integrity.
This isn’t just another sales gig. It’s a performance-driven seat with elite training, rapid advancement potential, and exposure to one of the fastest-scaling companies in the education and advisory space.

What You’ll Do
• Sell Scaling Workshop tickets ($5,000) to qualified leads via phone and video calls.
• Maintain and grow a personal sales pipeline within CRM (accurate notes, stages, and updates).
• Follow up relentlessly with qualified prospects — no lead left behind.
• Build genuine relationships through trust, clarity, and expert product knowledge.
• Attend daily training sessions and feedback reviews to refine skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, systems, and conversion workflows.
• Communicate prospect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and urgency.

What You’ll Bring
• Located in one of the approved U.S. states (AL, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX).
• 1+ years of B2B or transactional sales experience (e.g. memberships, events, or training).
• Proven closer with consistent quota attainment.
• Excellent communicator — confident, articulate, and persuasive on video and phone.
• Process-oriented, self-sufficient, and highly organized with CRM discipline.
• Thrives under competition and accountability.
• Willingness to work EST hours and 6-day workweeks.

💰 $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100K–$180K)
