The Role

The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving Bloom’s continued growth by managing campaign execution, product launches, and brand initiatives across all touchpoints. You’ll connect strategy with execution — turning big ideas into actionable go-to-market plans that bring our wellness mission to life.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Leadership to ensure brand consistency, clarity, and impact in every activation.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Strategy

• Assist in developing brand and campaign strategies that translate into actionable briefs and go-to-market plans.

• Build and maintain KPI trackers, innovation timelines, and budget documents to ensure visibility and accountability.

• Partner with creative and marketing leads to deliver campaign decks, presentations, and recaps that align stakeholders and drive clarity.

• Support execution of high-impact campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and consumer engagement.

Trade & Event Marketing

• Own trade show execution end-to-end, including timelines, vendor management, and POS coordination.

• Manage logistics and assets for brand events, activations, and retail launches.

• Ensure brand materials and visuals are consistent across retail and experiential touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner across teams (PR, Creative, Retail, E-commerce) to align on campaign goals, launch timelines, and deliverables.

• Distribute bi-weekly brand updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

• Track progress against marketing calendars and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within CPG, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle industries.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional campaigns and monitor KPIs.

• Experience with trade marketing, trade shows, and asset management.

• Strong presentation-building skills and comfort with storytelling through decks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
