About the Role

The Senior Category Manager will turn data into direction — transforming complex category, shopper, and retail analytics into actionable strategies that drive growth. You’ll lead category analysis across products, retail partners, and consumer touchpoints, ensuring Feastables wins at the shelf and in the minds of consumers.

This role blends analytical rigor with creative commercial strategy — perfect for someone who knows both the numbers and the narrative behind CPG growth.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze category and shopper data to uncover growth opportunities and strategic insights.

• Build analytical frameworks and reports that inform retail, assortment, and promotional strategies.

• Translate market data into actionable “What, So What, Now What” insights for leadership and retail partners.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product development teams to guide key decisions.

• Interpret syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Numerator) to identify consumer behavior and emerging trends.

• Drive category storytelling for buyers, using data to inform shelf strategy, packaging optimization, and new launches.

• Stay ahead of evolving CPG and retail trends, leveraging technology and analytics for competitive advantage.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in category management or analytics within the Food & Beverage or CPG industry.

• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Advanced experience with syndicated and panel data platforms (Nielsen, IRI, Numerator).

• Strong ability to turn data into compelling stories and clear business strategies.

• Deep understanding of retail dynamics, shopper marketing, and in-store optimization.

• Experience with retail data sets (e.g., WM Luminate, 84.51) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $135,000–$165,000
