About the Role

NOBULL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance & Accounting team. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, this role will serve as a key partner across the business — providing actionable financial insights, building robust reporting systems, and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

You’ll own critical pieces of NOBULL’s financial planning and reporting processes, including revenue modeling, P&L analysis, and cash flow forecasting. This role requires a balance of analytical precision, business acumen, and operational curiosity.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Lead and standardize routine financial reporting, including revenue, margin, and operating expense analysis.

• Prepare monthly management presentations and assist with financial storytelling for internal and external stakeholders.

• Build and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

• Conduct scenario analyses and deliver data-driven recommendations for optimizing financial outcomes.

• Reconcile data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Strategic Planning & Modeling

• Support annual and long-term planning across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

• Collaborate with category and operations leads to analyze unit-level economics and drive efficiency.

• Partner with the Business Insights team to integrate planning and reporting tools for better cross-functional visibility.

• Track performance against KPIs and provide clear variance analysis with actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, operations, and supply chain leaders to evaluate financial impact across initiatives.

• Support process improvement projects that enhance reporting speed, data accuracy, and decision-making quality.

• Assist in developing and refining financial frameworks for new product lines and business models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or business analytics.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency (financial modeling and presentation design).

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; highly detail-oriented.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience with accounting systems, Tableau, or business intelligence tools preferred.

• Salary: $112,000–$117,000 + Bonus + Equity
