About Us
Feastables is redefining what a modern CPG brand looks like. Founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), we’re building the world’s most engaging snack company — rooted in transparency, quality, and cultural relevance. Known for our wildly popular chocolate bars, we’re expanding into new categories with one mission: to make better snacks more fun.
We’re not just selling products; we’re shaping a legacy brand for the creator generation — one that’s community-driven, high-quality, and built to last.
⸻
About the Role
As Senior Manager of FP&A, you’ll be the financial architect behind Feastables’ growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll lead forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting while partnering cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align strategy and execution.
This role demands a sharp analytical mind, exceptional modeling skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight that drives strategic decisions in a high-growth, creator-led environment.
⸻
What You’ll Do
• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning with scenario modeling.
• Deliver financial reporting, insights, and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain models for pricing, trade spend, profitability, and product innovation.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain to support forecasting and investment decisions.
• Evaluate ROI of campaigns and new initiatives using internal and external data.
• Streamline FP&A tools, dashboards, and reporting systems (ERP, BI, NetSuite, etc.).
• Ensure GAAP-aligned reporting, compliance, and accurate forecasting submissions.
• Collaborate with central FP&A for consolidation of financial performance across entities.
⸻
What You’ll Bring
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 in FP&A.
• Background in CPG or food & beverage preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong grasp of P&L drivers, variance analysis, and business modeling.
• Excellent communicator able to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance partners.
• Proven record influencing cross-functional decisions and mentoring junior talent.
• Agile mindset — thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
⸻
Why Feastables
Feastables is more than a snack company — it’s a cultural movement powered by the world’s largest creator audience. You’ll join a fast-moving team reshaping how products are built, marketed, and loved.
⸻
Compensation & Benefits

• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
• 401(k) with employer match
