About the Role

NOBULL is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Programs to lead our channel expansion strategy and drive profitable growth beyond our core DTC business.

This high-impact role is responsible for building and managing all non-DTC revenue streams — from marketplaces and pop-ups to retail partnerships and future wholesale opportunities. You’ll own the P&L across these channels, set growth targets, and work cross-functionally to operationalize new sales models that scale.

This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who can balance strategic thinking with executional excellence and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Growth

• Lead NOBULL’s expansion beyond its flagship eCommerce channel, overseeing all alternative sales programs (marketplaces, retail pop-ups, future wholesale).

• Develop and execute channel growth strategies that align with brand goals and financial targets.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners that fit NOBULL’s long-term vision.

• Own and manage the P&L for these channels, ensuring revenue growth, margin health, and disciplined expense control.

• Collaborate with internal teams to build operational infrastructure for new business lines.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and finance to align on strategy, inventory, and operational readiness.

• Work with supply chain and finance to establish pricing, promotional parameters, compliance systems, and backend programs.

• Coordinate with marketplaces and distributors on item setup, merchandising, and digital experience improvements.

• Manage marketing investment across partners to drive sales while maintaining NOBULL’s brand integrity.

Partnership & Contract Management

• Negotiate and manage partner contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support sustainable growth.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners, distributors, and marketplaces.

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and market share.

Execution & Analysis

• Deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and performance insights across all sales channels.

• Translate data into actionable business recommendations.

• Stay ahead of marketplace and retail trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketplaces, retail partnerships, or wholesale channel management.

• Proven experience with P&L management and demonstrated ability to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

• Background in merchandise buying, category management, or account management preferred.

• Strong understanding of soft goods and eCommerce operations, with cross-functional collaboration experience (supply chain, merchandising, marketing).

• Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site Boston environment (Mon–Thurs).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $145,000–$155,000 + Bonus + Equity
