The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Applied ML) who thrives where software engineering meets machine learning. You’ll design, build, and deploy ML-powered features that enhance user experiences — from data pipelines to production-ready applications.

You’ll prototype fast, test ideas with real users, and ship iteratively in build-measure-learn cycles. If you’re a strong engineer with a STEM background but limited ML experience, we’ll help you learn the ML side on the job.

What You’ll Own

• Design and implement ML-driven features and infrastructure from prototype to production.

• Build and maintain data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment systems.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate models into user-facing products.

• Monitor and improve performance of ML systems in production.

• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and apply the latest advancements to real-world problems.

• Use experimentation and analytics to validate and iterate on new ideas.

Who You Are

• Strong background in software engineering and production systems.

• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.

• Familiar with MLOps tools (Airflow, MLflow, Vertex AI, etc.) and ETL pipelines.

• Skilled in AWS, GCP, or Azure, with knowledge of containerization and CI/CD.

• Practical mindset — prototype quickly, iterate based on user data, and ship at speed.

• Enthusiastic about learning and applying ML in a product-led environment.

Compensation

$100K–$140K base salary (depending on experience)
