About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Manager to join our fast-growing creator management team. You’ll represent top digital talent, secure brand partnerships, and shape the careers of creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fitness, and beyond.

This is not a recruiting or HR role — it’s a high-impact, relationship-driven position for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales, and creative representation.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a six- to seven-figure roster of creators across multiple verticals.

• Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and sponsorships aligned with client goals.

• Actively pitch clients for internal and external brand opportunities to unlock new revenue streams.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners.

• Scout and onboard emerging creators, helping them build and scale their careers.

• Stay current on social trends, platform shifts, and creator economy developments.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pearpop’s business development and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage deal pipelines, forecasts, and contract deliverables.

• Ensure operational excellence — tracking payments, campaign performance, and brand feedback.

• Represent the Pearpop brand as a trusted advisor and creative strategist for talent.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in talent management or representation, ideally in the creator economy.

• Proven success managing high-value digital talent with six- or seven-figure deal histories.

• Exceptional negotiation, pitching, and relationship management skills.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, brand expectations, and performance metrics.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.

• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and driven by helping creators grow.

Compensation & Benefits

💼 Salary: $60,000–$120,000 base + uncapped commission + equity
