SipMARGS is rewriting ready-to-drink. Born from nightlife and culture, we make canned margaritas that turn ordinary moments into something worth remembering. Fast-growing, creator-friendly, zero pretense.
The Role
Own TikTok and Instagram end-to-end. You’ll turn brand voice into scroll-stopping video, build a high-signal content calendar, and convert community energy into measurable growth. This is a creator-operator role: you ideate, shoot, edit, post, and learn fast.
What You’ll Do
• Ship daily: plan, produce, edit, and publish native content (IG + TikTok).
• Run the calendar: keep us timely, trend-aware, and on-brand.
• Grow community: reply to comments/DMs, seed UGC, and amplify events with live capture.
• Level up creative: test hooks, formats, and series; kill weak ideas quickly.
• Report what matters: views, saves, shares, watch time—turn insights into next week’s plan.
Outcomes (90 Days)
• Consistent 5–7 posts/week with retention-first hooks.
• 2× lift in average views per post and steady follower growth.
• Launch one repeatable series that becomes appointment viewing.
• Event playbook for on-site capture and next-day edits.
You’ll Thrive If You
• Have 4+ years running social for consumer brands.
• Are a trend native who can spot and adapt formats before they peak.
• Write crisp, witty copy and understand tone control.
• Edit fast (CapCut/Adobe/Canva) and care about lighting, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails.
• Treat data like feedback, not bureaucracy.
Nice to Have
• Alcohol/bev/hospitality experience
• Creator/influencer collab chops
• TikTok account(s) you’ve grown from zero
Location & Travel
Remote-friendly (ideally NYC, Miami, or LA). ~25% travel for events and activations.
