We’re now hiring a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, grow our community, and scale our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social platforms.

About the Role — Social Media Marketing Manager

The Social Media Marketing Manager will own DEZI’s content and community strategy across both DEZI Eyewear and DEZI Skin, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.

You’ll work cross-functionally with management and product teams to plan, create, and execute integrated social campaigns that bring our brand story to life — from launch moments to viral content. This role is ideal for a creative doer who can both ideate and execute, turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and experiences that connect with our audience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that grow awareness, engagement, and followers across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms

• Create and curate high-quality content — photos, videos, Reels, and Stories — aligned with DEZI’s visual identity and brand tone

• Manage content calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day publishing

• Engage directly with our community: respond to comments and DMs, encourage user-generated content, and foster authentic relationships

• Plan and execute social activations including contests, collaborations, and giveaways

• Track and analyze social performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and content direction

• Attend brand photoshoots and events to capture behind-the-scenes moments for social storytelling

• Create creative briefs and storyboards for new campaign concepts, product launches, and influencer content

• Collaborate with internal teams on 360 marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints

• Stay on top of social trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools, integrating best practices into DEZI’s social ecosystem

About You

• 2–5 years in social media, content marketing, or brand communications, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle

• A creative self-starter who can ideate, execute, and iterate quickly

• Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm dynamics

• Proven ability to create engaging, platform-native content (bonus: on-camera presence or filming/editing skills)

• Strong copywriting and storytelling ability with an eye for brand tone and aesthetics

• Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and performance analytics

• Fluent in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to balance multiple launches and initiatives

• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams

Bonus Points

• Prior experience mentoring or managing junior social/media team members

• Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or social listening tools

• Track record of driving audience expansion, engagement, and conversion through organic social

• Comfort developing storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for branded content
