Your Mission
Create high-impact, audience-driven short-form content that powers the growth of our flagship media brands — Diary of a CEO, Begin Again, We Need To Talk, and Science and Soul. You’ll transform long-form episodes into engaging clips, teasers, and shorts that dominate across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Edit captivating short-form content from long-form episodes, optimised for engagement and platform trends.
• Collaborate with the editorial and brand teams to identify viral moments worth amplifying.
• Add subtitles, captions, and light motion graphics to enhance viewer retention and accessibility.
• Use analytics and performance insights to continuously refine editing approaches.
• Maintain exceptional production quality while staying true to brand voice and identity.
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and editing innovations.
• Work collaboratively across production, editorial, and creative teams to execute seamless content rollouts.
