The Role
This is an opportunity to kickstart your software engineering career at one of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies. As a New Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced mentors to build, ship, and scale products that touch millions of users.
You’ll explore how AI and automation can enhance development, collaborate with global teams, and gain exposure to modern technologies and workflows used by top engineering organizations.
What You’ll Do
• Build & Ship: Contribute to real features across our stack — from backend to frontend — impacting millions of users.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across time zones.
• Code with Modern Tools: Write clean, maintainable code in React, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python.
• Leverage AI: Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, and automation to boost development speed and reliability.
• Ensure Quality: Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Learn & Grow: Receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and pair programming opportunities to build confidence and technical depth.
Who You Are
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (graduating within the past year).
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design).
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, or Kotlin).
• Eager to learn about web tech, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Curious about AI-assisted development and emerging engineering tools.
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive — with a growth mindset.
• Prior experience through internships, hackathons, or open-source is a plus.
Location & Setup
Hybrid — work from home and come into your local office (LA, Bay Area, or Melbourne) about 2x per week.
Compensation
💰 $100,000–$130,000 USD (Melbourne-equivalent range)
