About the Role
As the Specialist, Marketing Project Management, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of goop’s creative and marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, Creative Project Management, you’ll ensure campaigns, creative assets, and cross-functional initiatives stay organized, on time, and aligned.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
• Support the Director, Project Management in coordinating day-to-day activities across marketing and creative projects.
• Track deliverables, update timelines, and ensure all teams meet deadlines.
• Maintain and manage workflows in Monday.com, ensuring all tasks, milestones, and dependencies are current and accurate.
• Assist with asset trafficking, file organization, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee small-scale creative requests and contribute to large, cross-functional brand campaigns.
• Communicate proactively with cross-functional partners to gather updates, identify risks, and flag potential delays.
Process & Optimization
• Help streamline creative workflows and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to make execution more efficient and scalable.
• Maintain consistency and organization across all creative initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — nothing escapes you.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools — Monday.com experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive, collaborative team player eager to learn and grow.
• Prior experience supporting in-house creative or agency teams is a plus.

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Equity (based on experience and qualifications)
