The Opportunity

As Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll own Stan’s accounting operations end-to-end — building the function from scratch, managing monthly close, and leading our NetSuite rollout.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial infrastructure as we grow to $100M+ ARR.

📘 Build a World-Class Accounting Function

• Oversee all accounting operations and reporting.

• Design internal controls and monthly close processes.

• Create scalable accounting policies from zero.

⚙️ Lead NetSuite Rollout & System Integration

• Implement and connect NetSuite with platforms like Stripe.

• Simplify workflows and improve data quality.

• Build dashboards for real-time financial visibility.

• Manage tax, audit, and compliance workflows.

• Ensure GAAP accuracy and timely financial reporting.

• Document and automate processes to support rapid growth.

The Profile We’re Looking For

🧮 Accounting Expert: 6+ years experience (preferably startup). CPA helpful but not mandatory.

🧠 Builder: You’ve implemented NetSuite or similar systems and thrive in zero-to-one environments.

🤝 Collaborative Leader: You turn complexity into clarity and guide teams with integrity and structure.
