About the Role
NOBULL is seeking a Sr. Associate, IT Technician to deliver high-quality technical support and systems troubleshooting across our primarily macOS-based environment.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, this role is a hands-on opportunity to maintain and optimize endpoint health, ensure secure system operations, and enhance user experience through the strategic use of Freshservice, Kandji, and related tools.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Endpoint Management
• Provide Tier 1–2 support across macOS and Windows environments.
• Triage, resolve, and document incidents and service requests within Freshservice, maintaining SLAs and high satisfaction standards.
• Manage device provisioning, configuration, and compliance through Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Deploy OS and software updates across endpoints while ensuring security and stability.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for desktop peripherals, printers, and spare hardware inventory.
ITSM & Workflow Optimization
• Maintain and optimize Freshservice ITSM modules, including ticketing, asset management, change requests, and automation workflows.
• Support onboarding/offboarding workflows — provisioning access, configuring accounts, and assigning hardware.
• Track and reconcile software licenses and hardware assets through Freshservice CMDB.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and enhance automation through Freshservice Workflows and Automator.
A/V & Collaboration Systems
• Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, ensuring seamless video, audio, and presentation experiences for team meetings and executive sessions.
• Provide live A/V support during company-wide events and document recurring issues for future optimization.
• Support collaboration tools, including Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Security, Compliance & Infrastructure
• Enforce endpoint security protocols — encryption, patching, password standards, and compliance monitoring.
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance efforts, maintaining secure and auditable systems.
• Monitor VPN, SSO, and network access, escalating potential security risks as needed.
• Participate in after-hours or high-priority incident response when required.

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced or mid-sized organization.
• Proven experience with Freshservice ITSM platform (ticketing, asset management, workflow automation).
• Strong proficiency with macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience managing devices through Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Solid understanding of Office 365 administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience managing Zoom Rooms or similar A/V systems.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, SSO, VPN, and basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Freshservice Administrator Certification or equivalent configuration experience.
• Experience implementing automation workflows and approval chains within Freshservice.
• Background in SaaS, startup, or high-growth environments.

• Salary: $65,000–$72,000 + Bonus + Equity
