SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the next generation of underwear, loungewear, and shapewear. We’re redefining the apparel industry through innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, NetSuite ERP to lead our Accounting and Financial Systems team—driving scalability, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all financial and operational workflows.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, NetSuite ERP will own the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SKIMS’ enterprise accounting and finance systems. This role combines hands-on ERP expertise with strategic financial process leadership, ensuring seamless integration between technology and operations.

You’ll manage a team of business systems analysts and partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to deliver a world-class financial systems infrastructure that supports SKIMS’ rapid global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a high-performing ERP and Business Systems team, supporting Accounting and Finance operations.

• Define and own the NetSuite ERP roadmap, aligning system capabilities with business and reporting needs.

• Partner with leadership to optimize processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report functions.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, and Technology for ERP-related initiatives.

• Balance immediate operational priorities with long-term system scalability and data governance.

Financial Systems Ownership

• Oversee configuration, integrations, and workflows across financial systems (NetSuite, Celigo, 3PL/WMS, POS, Banking, Tax).

• Ensure accurate data flow between subsidiaries, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidations.

• Manage ERP integrations with Shopify, OMS, and POS systems to ensure unified financial visibility.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring system integrity and audit readiness.

• Maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, and alignment with accounting policies.

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead the intake, prioritization, and delivery of ERP enhancements using Agile methodologies.

• Manage end-to-end system change lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

• Oversee UAT, regression testing, and change control procedures for all system updates.

• Maintain robust documentation for processes, data flows, and configurations.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Accounting, FP&A, Operations, and IT.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and system insights to executive stakeholders.

• Act as the escalation point for ERP-related issues and strategic decision-making within Finance.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or ERP management.

• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite ERP experience (configuration, administration, integration).

• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and control processes.

• Proven success leading teams through ERP implementations and system upgrades.

• Experience with multi-subsidiary accounting, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency consolidation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Information Systems.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• CPA or accounting certification.

• Experience with Celigo (Integrator.io) or other iPaaS tools.

• Familiarity with retail or e-commerce environments.

• Experience supporting SOX compliance and external audits.

• Proficiency with Looker, Power BI, or other financial reporting platforms.
