We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager, Business Systems to lead the strategy and optimization of our Merchandising, Planning, Order Management, and Inventory platforms—building the technical foundation that powers SKIMS’ supply chain and operational excellence.

Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager, Business Systems will own the roadmap, integrations, and process automation across SKIMS’ operational platforms—including NetSuite ERP, Clarity IMS, Teamwork Commerce OMS, and Planning systems.
You’ll act as the strategic bridge between Operations, Merchandising, Planning, and Engineering—ensuring systems scale with SKIMS’ rapid growth while driving efficiency, accuracy, and automation across the supply chain.
This role includes team leadership, mentoring junior product managers and analysts to deliver consistent, high-quality system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
System Strategy & Ownership
• Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for OMS, Inventory, Planning, and Merchandising systems.
• Drive automation and data accuracy across order orchestration, allocation, demand planning, and replenishment.
• Ensure seamless integration between OMS, ERP (NetSuite), Clarity IMS, WMS/3PLs, and Planning tools.
• Partner with engineering to modernize architecture and establish scalable, real-time data flows.
• Set standards for data governance, configuration, and system documentation.
Supply Chain & Operations Partnership
• Serve as the primary liaison for Operations and Supply Chain technology initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and deliver system enhancements that increase fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to improve forecasting, stock transfers, and allocation strategies.
• Champion initiatives that reduce manual effort and streamline global supply chain operations.
Integration & Optimization
• Oversee integrations between ERP, OMS, IMS, Planning, and WMS/3PL platforms.
• Ensure real-time synchronization, effective error handling, and proactive issue resolution.
• Define and enforce SLAs for data flow integrity, order status updates, and planning consistency.
• Lead initiatives for process standardization across all operational technology layers.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Manage and mentor junior product managers and analysts, fostering a culture of clarity, accountability, and innovation.
• Establish best practices for product discovery, backlog management, and documentation.
• Align team goals with department strategy and deliver roadmap consistency across systems.
• Review product artifacts (requirements, user stories, test plans) for precision and quality.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Planning, and Commerce to execute initiatives using Agile methods.
• Prioritize system enhancements based on business impact, scalability, and ROI.
• Lead UAT, release validation, and post-launch performance monitoring for new feature rollouts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, integrations, and data flows.
Analytics & Reporting
• Define key KPIs and dashboards to monitor order cycle time, fulfillment accuracy, and forecast performance.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to deliver actionable insights for operational decision-making.
• Leverage data-driven feedback to continuously refine the systems roadmap.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• 7–10 years of experience in product management, business systems, or operations technology.
• Deep expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Planning, and Merchandising systems.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, Clarity IMS, Teamwork OMS, and Planning software.
• Familiarity with integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, or equivalent) and API-based data architecture.
• Strong understanding of 3PL/WMS integrations, order orchestration, and allocation workflows.
• Proven leadership and mentorship of product or technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

$165,000 – $185,000 / year
(Dependent on experience and leadership scope.)
