The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Software Engineer to drive the next wave of product growth at Linktree. You’ll lead engineering initiatives that directly impact acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization — working at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product innovation.

This is a role for a builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment — someone who can ship fast, test hypotheses, and iterate based on insight. You’ll have autonomy, a measurable impact, and the opportunity to help millions of users grow online.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer for Growth: Design and implement backend and full-stack solutions that accelerate user growth and engagement.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities.

• Experiment Relentlessly: Build A/B testing frameworks and analyze experiments to guide growth decisions.

• Leverage Data: Use analytics and data pipelines (SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake) to identify trends and inform product direction.

• Own the Stack: Manage the full development lifecycle—from architecture to deployment—using technologies like TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

• Optimize & Scale: Continuously improve performance, reliability, and efficiency across systems and workflows.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Skilled in full-stack development with strong backend focus (Node.js, Python, or similar).

• Deep knowledge of data-driven development, experimentation, and growth methodologies.

• Strong grasp of data modeling, SQL/NoSQL systems, and modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).

• Proven ability to ship MVPs quickly, validate assumptions, and iterate efficiently.

• Experience leading development initiatives and improving team velocity through tooling and best practices.

• Curious, analytical, and driven by measurable outcomes.

Compensation

💰 $220,000–$250,000 USD base salary (depending on experience & location)
