The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Growth Software Engineer to accelerate Linktree’s product expansion. You’ll architect growth systems, lead experiments, and build scalable solutions that improve activation, retention, and revenue. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to transform data-driven insights into measurable growth outcomes — while keeping performance and simplicity at the core of everything you ship.

What You’ll Do

• Engineer for impact: Design and deploy backend and full-stack solutions that drive user growth and product adoption.

• Collaborate globally: Partner with data, design, and product teams to define and execute on growth opportunities.

• Lead experiments: Build A/B testing frameworks and analytics to evaluate hypotheses and optimize user experience.

• Own performance: Manage the full lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Leverage data: Use SQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake to inform decisions and uncover growth levers.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong record of shipping impactful products.

• Skilled in full-stack development — TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Node.js, Python, AWS.

• Experienced in data-driven experimentation, analytics, and performance optimization.

• Comfortable building quick prototypes to test hypotheses, then scaling durable systems.

• A growth-minded engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Compensation

💰 $220,000–$250,000 USD base salary (San Francisco or Los Angeles)
