About the Role

As the Supply Planning Manager, you’ll be the backbone of Feastables’ supply chain — ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and on time. You’ll forecast demand, align with manufacturing partners, and drive operational excellence across the entire supply ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to scale systems while keeping the fun and quality that define Feastables.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end supply planning across contract manufacturers and co-packers.

• Develop and maintain rolling 12-month production forecasts and performance tracking.

• Optimize production and distribution based on inventory levels and demand shifts.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure seamless product availability.

• Analyze supply scenarios and communicate production priorities across teams.

• Maintain ERP purchase orders and ensure manufacturing timelines are met.

• Foster relationships with key partners to maintain operational agility.

• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve systems for efficiency and visibility.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning.

• Background in CPG, food, or beverage manufacturing (startup experience preferred).

• Advanced analytical and Excel skills; experience with ERP systems.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in dynamic, non-linear environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (APICS/Six Sigma a plus).
