About the Role

Valuetainment — home to the #1 business podcast in the world — is hiring a Talent Booker to secure world-class guests for our expanding lineup of shows. You’ll be at the intersection of business, culture, and influence — identifying thought leaders, negotiating appearances, and managing logistics to create unforgettable conversations that reach millions globally.

This is an onsite role in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, working directly with our production and executive teams.

What You’ll Do

• Source and secure top-tier guests — from CEOs and investors to authors, athletes, and cultural icons.

• Proactively research and identify high-impact voices aligned with our audience and brand.

• Handle negotiations and outreach, coordinating with publicists, agents, and management teams.

• Manage all logistics for guest appearances, including scheduling, prep materials, and travel arrangements.

• Maintain strong relationships with agents, PR firms, and media contacts to ensure ongoing access to elite talent.

• Collaborate with production and editorial teams to design strong guest lineups for each show.

• Track guest engagement metrics and identify repeat opportunities to deepen audience connection.

• Operate within budget parameters, balancing quality and cost-efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in talent booking, podcast or TV production, PR, or entertainment relations.

• Proven ability to secure high-profile guests across business, media, and culture.

• Strong negotiation skills, confidence under pressure, and exceptional professionalism.

• Established industry network — agents, publicists, and talent reps a major plus.

• Deep awareness of current events, rising stars, and relevant business and cultural trends.

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency with office and scheduling software.
