About the Role
As a Talent Coordinator at Night, you’ll help manage relationships between creators, brands, and agencies — executing sponsorships, partnerships, and growth opportunities for top digital talent. You’ll sit at the intersection of entertainment and entrepreneurship, helping creators secure deals, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term brand value.

What You’ll Do
• Support talent managers in handling client and brand relationships.
• Identify trends across YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms to guide creator strategy.
• Source and evaluate sponsorship opportunities for Night’s roster of talent.
• Manage inbound brand inquiries and maintain organized tracking systems.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and research decks on the creator and brand landscape.
• Help pitch new clients and identify strategic business opportunities.
• Negotiate and draft service agreements under supervision from senior management.
• Represent Night in external communications with brands, agencies, and partners.

What You’ll Bring
• 1–3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the YouTube, TikTok, and creator economy ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Passion for digital culture and the business of creators.
• High discretion when handling confidential information.
• Adaptability — thrives in a fast-paced, nontraditional work environment.
