About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Manager to represent digital creators, manage high-value brand partnerships, and help build the next generation of influential talent. This isn’t a recruiting or HR role — it’s a fast-paced, high-impact position for someone passionate about creator management, deal-making, and building long-term careers.

You’ll scout, sign, and manage creators across platforms, helping them monetize, grow, and navigate brand partnerships with confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Discover and onboard new creators, from emerging voices to established influencers.

• Negotiate and manage brand deals, ensuring fair terms and seamless collaboration.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, managing their day-to-day brand relationships.

• Develop long-term growth strategies for clients’ careers and revenue.

• Continuously sign new talent to expand and strengthen Pearpop’s roster.

• Manage multiple brand partnerships simultaneously, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

• Use CRM tools to track deals, pipelines, and opportunities efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, partnerships, and creative activations.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing.

• Proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage brand partnerships.

• Strong network in the creator or influencer ecosystem.

• Excellent organizational and pipeline management skills using CRM tools.

• Passionate about creator culture and emerging digital talent.

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth startup environment.

• Knowledgeable across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

💼 Salary: $60,000–$100,000+ (Base + Commission)
