The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to connect the dots across product, design, and engineering—driving clarity, alignment, and delivery in a fast-moving startup. You’ll own the rhythm of execution: defining goals, tracking progress, resolving roadblocks, and ensuring Genies’ teams ship at speed and scale.

As a TPM, you’ll operate at the center of collaboration, working closely with senior technical owners (STOs) and leadership to translate strategy into action while improving how we plan, communicate, and deliver.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and align on company goals, milestones, and deliverables.

• Drive roadmap execution across product, design, and engineering verticals.

• Balance user-facing priorities with technical infrastructure roadmaps to ensure long-term scalability.

• Create and maintain resource maps and capacity plans across disciplines.

• Manage engineering requirements and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

• Facilitate decision-making and unblock teams through structured problem-solving.

• Improve workflows and communication systems across departments.

• Maintain project health in tools like Asana or Jira, tracking velocity and outcomes.

• Continuously refine processes to foster clarity, accountability, and adaptability across teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or program delivery.

• Proven success driving complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in fast-paced tech environments.

• Deep technical fluency—you understand system dependencies and can translate between technical and non-technical teams.

• Excellent communication and organization—able to synthesize ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.

• Systems-thinking mindset—skilled at spotting inefficiencies and improving processes.

• Hands-on experience with planning tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) and delivery frameworks.

• Ability to influence without authority, building trust across teams.

• Comfort operating in high-velocity, rapidly evolving environments.
