Role Overview
We are seeking a Long-Form Video Editor to join our world-class production team.
You’ll transform 9–13 camera footage into emotionally resonant, retention-driven episodes that reach millions. This is a hands-on, high-performance role for an editor who lives for story, rhythm, and creative precision.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit and deliver weekly podcast episodes at exceptional quality, driving strong engagement and retention.
• Cut with precision across 9–13 multicam angles and multiple audio channels.
• Collaborate closely with senior creatives and adapt quickly to feedback.
• Contribute to pre-production outlines and episode packaging to ensure creative alignment.
• Research trends and competitors to stay ahead of long-form YouTube standards.
• Share best practices, workflows, and editing systems to elevate team output.
• Maintain project files and workflows that are seamless, organized, and scalable.

Requirements
• 3+ years professional editing experience with long-form multicam content (podcasts, interviews, documentaries).
• Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro, with mastery of syncing, multicam timelines, and file management.
• Strong instinct for pacing, rhythm, and narrative flow in long-form storytelling.
• Understanding of retention curves and editing strategies that maximize watch time.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset with a proactive, experimental approach to problem-solving.
