About the Role

Valuetainment is seeking a Video Editor to craft high-impact short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for shaping how millions experience the brand — creating fast-paced, emotionally charged videos that define modern business media.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form video content — including YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikToks — optimized for platform-specific engagement.

• Leverage AI tools and advanced editing software to speed workflows and elevate creative quality.

• Collaborate with producers, content creators, and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually compelling stories.

• Enhance footage through color correction, motion graphics, sound design, and pacing that align with the Valuetainment tone.

• Manage an organized digital asset library, ensuring all content is catalogued and accessible.

• Stay at the cutting edge of AI-assisted editing, visual trends, and storytelling formats that drive virality.

• Uphold and evolve brand consistency across every platform and video output.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a video editor specializing in social-first content.

• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

• Familiarity with AI editing tools and automation software for content production.

• Strong creative intuition — able to identify story arcs, rhythm, and emotion within fast-moving footage.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Degree in Film, Video Production, or related field preferred.

Compensation: Hourly wage + performance-based bonus + full benefits. Final compensation depends on experience and skill.
